Dirt Tracks Announce Revised Scheduling for 2020!

22, 2020) East Tennessee dirt track owners, Mitch McCarter
(411), Roger Sellers (Smoky Mountain), Gary Hall (Tazewell), and
Landon Stallard (Volunteer) have recently held a series of meetings
to discuss a variety of topics concerning dirt tracks in the East
Tennessee area centering on a central theme of how we can all
be better if we work together. Exciting progress has been made
with the goal in the future of a common rulebook, combined points
funds, among other items that will be discussed in detail going
forward.
However, with the current situation that our country is facing
in regards to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, the main focus
is getting all of the tracks back open and operational for our
racers, fans, sponsors, and staff. A newly revised collective
schedule for 2020 has been published at the end of this statement.
The schedule has been developed with much input from all parties
involved. Each track having its own schedule of special events
and weekly events with as little overlap as possible with our
neighboring track. Support classes for each date will be confirmed
and published by each track as the opening date approaches. We
hope that our fans and racers are as excited as we are for the
future - let's go racing!!!
